1. These rules may be changed by RMMC Series at any time. Rule changes will be effective immediately upon notice by RMMC Series, which notice may be published at www.rmmcseries.com. Interpretation and enforcement of these rules shall be left exclusively to the Tournament Director or designee at a tournament. In the event of a rule(s) violation, RMMC Series will impose such sanctions, as deemed appropriate, including, without limitation, disqualification, forfeiture of prizes and/or entry fee, probation and prohibition from participation in subsequent tournaments. The decision will be final in all matters. Each competitor agrees to immediately report to the Tournament Director any violation or infraction of any Tournament Rule(s). The third tournament can be fished with an alternate, the alternate does not need to be listed prior to start of season but needs to be identified before qualifying tournament begins. “Fished” will be considered as one of the competitors coming through boat check. If for some unforeseen reason an angler of the same team cannot fish the championship they may choose an alternate of their choice. The alternate will be required to pay a $50.00 membership fee in order to fish. Roland Martin Marine Center Series reserves the right to refuse participation and membership in any and all events to any individual or team at the discretion of the Tournament Director.
